liability waiver
I fully understand that my presence on the property at 2001 East Greensboro Chapel Hill Rd., Graham, NC 27253, “THE PROPERTY”, (also known as Benzai Bloomstead) exposes me to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage. Furthermore, I fully understand that my participation in workshops and events on THE PROPERTY exposes me to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage. I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily attendant on THE PROPERTY and agree to assume such risks. I hereby release, discharge and agree not to sue Benzai Bloomstead, LLC; the owner and/or residents of THE PROPERTY, workshop instructors, event organizers and all others associated with THE PROPERTY and events thereon for any injury, death, or damages to or loss of personal property arising out of, or in connection with, my presence on THE PROPERTY from whatever cause. In consideration for being permitted on THE PROPERTY, I hereby agree, for Myself, my heirs, administrators, executors and assigns, that I shall indemnify and hold harmless Benzai Bloomstead, LLC and Morgan Siem from any and all claims, demands, actions, or suits arising out of, or in connection with, my presence on THE PROPERTY.
I understand that photographers and videographers may be present on THE PROPERTY and that images taken of me while I am there may be used by Benzai Bloomstead, LLC; Morgan Siem; and Soil & Sky Fest, LLC.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS LIABILITY WAIVER. I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND AGREE TO IT ON MY OWN FREE WILL.
